ABC makes it possible for you to transmit your transport orders directly to use our easily operated web based Request a Quote form. You create a transport order by only a few clicks of your mouse which are then forwarded directly to the responsible employee. You insert all important data of the shipment. Everything can be included in the entry mask - from the addresses of the involved parties, the number of packing pieces up to the description of the goods. Additionally, it is possible to name other persons who are informed pro-active simultaneously. By the establishment and the use of samples it is possible for you to simplify the data input in order to be able to arrange follow-up orders faster. Our cargo-partner employees are pleased to support you or take over the first input for you.

As soon as there are any updates or information about your shipment it will be updated in the shipment tracing history and displayed clearly for you. Simple search of the shipment details by criteria chosen by ABC Loading ID (which will be sent to you by SMS).
Reporting / E-Challan:
ABC Reporting offers you an easy and summarized overview of your current shipments and is developed entirely according to your shipping challan / LR / BL. Your report can be available in secured & non-editable PDF format.

You can decide if you like to receive a particular report per e-mail or if you prefer to carry out requests on your own. With ABC Exception Reporting we offer you the possibility to receive a report or alert only if something is outside the norm within the supply chain agreed upon.
